Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the limited and collectible nature of many Products sold by ENTERTHEKULT, all sales are generally final.

Returns or exchanges may only be accepted where:

the incorrect Product was supplied;
the Product is materially defective;
required under applicable South African consumer law.

Any return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Returned Products must:

be unworn and unused;
include original packaging;
include tags, accessories, and proof of purchase.

ENTERTHEKULT reserves the right to refuse returns where Products show signs of wear, damage, misuse, alteration, or tampering.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by ENTERTHEKULT.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

ENTERTHEKULT cannot guarantee size swaps for limited-release Products.

Exchange requests may be refused for exclusive or high-demand releases
